Ravit Yanay O’Sullivan
I have worked with technology companies for over 20 years, from start-ups to multinational organisations, leading and supporting strategic and transformational initiatives. Over time, my practice evolved from instructional design into service and experience design, alongside a sustained focus on facilitation and collaborative problem-solving.
At Fiáin Cottage, my work is grounded in food growing and practical land stewardship, with a focus on strengthening ecosystems through thoughtful management of the landscape.
I hold a degree in Earth Systems Science from the The Open University and a Certificate in Sustainability and Circular Economies from Munster Technological University.
She holds guided walks through the land, corporate workshops and geology walks in the Iveragh Penninsula.

Conor O’Sullivan
Conor O’Sullivan has worked in technical and operational roles for over 20 years, supporting the delivery and maintenance of complex systems across industrial and commercial environments. His work has focused on reliability, safety, and practical problem-solving, with a strong emphasis on efficient use of resources and practical approaches that align with circular economy principles.
At Fiáin Cottage, his focus is the apiary, where he manages the beehives and supports pollinator health as a core part of the land-based system. His work centres on maintaining strong colonies, observing seasonal patterns, and contributing to the productivity and resilience of the orchard, garden, and surrounding habitats, while ensuring that materials and outputs from the apiary are used responsibly within a closed-loop approach.
He holds informal beekeeping training and talks and continues to develop his practice through ongoing learning and engagement with standards and guidance from the Federation of Irish Beekeepers' Associations
